I made my order on Monday, I received it today, Thursday.. That is to Arkansas, USA.. Express orders from California take longer, LOL..
The Vest,
The CIRAS vest comes as shown, the items can be positioned as needed, or items can be add'ed or taken away. That is the advantage of the PAL's/Molle system.
If you have never used a CIRAS the setup may be a little tricky. There are How To videos on YouTube. And when you are setting up the vest have a friend help you. It is important to install the rip-cord correctly so the system will work as designed.
If you want you can add mock plates; from TacticalGearTrade (TGT)..

The vest, had only one issue for me, it was NEW and had a number of stings that needed to be lighter trimmed. (Irish-Pennants) Other-wise NO ISSUES!
The vest, is a 1:1 so for me setup was all a matter of rigging the cable and lacing IN the packs.
Hand's down this is a great setup for a person looking to pick up a CIRAS vest, From Airsoft to Hunting or law-enforcement or mil-sim. If your looking for a vest to work for your mission needs, this a great way to go.
